Auskunft kann ein kurzer Blick auf den Bildschirm, der an der Wand hängt, geben.

Der Vertretungsplan zeigt sowohl welche Lehrer für welche Klassen in welcher Stunde ausfallen als auch von wem und wo vertreten wird. Für viele Schüler ist er morgens die erste Anlaufstelle, um sich Klarheit über unerwartete Änderungen im Tagesablauf zu verschaffen. Selbst in den Pausen oder nach Schulschluss richten Viele hoffnungsvolle Blicke auf diesen Bildschirm.

Daneben findet sich eine Vitrine mit einer Reihe an Informationen - unter anderem Mitteilungen aus dem Direktorat.Auch ist hier, gekennzeichnet durch den gelben Zettel an der Treppe, die Handynutzungszone, wo Schülerinnen und Schüler ausschließlich kurze Nachrichten senden oder wichtige Telefonate führen dürfen. Also lass dich ja nicht beim Zocken erwischen :p

"Is Mr. Müller at school or did he spontaneously fall down the stairs?" A quick glance at the screen hanging on the wall can provide an answer. The digital notice board shows which teachers are absent for which classes in which lesson as well as who is substituting and where. For many students, it is the first place to go in the morning to find out about unexpected changes to the daily schedule. Even during breaks or after school, hopeful glances are directed towards this screen.

Next to it is a glass case with a range of information – including messages from the principal’s office. Right next to the display case, marked by the yellow notice above the stairs, is what we call the cell phone usage area. This is the only place in our school where students are allowed to use their phones – but only to send short messages or make important phone calls. So don’t get caught playing video games ;p
